Return and Refund Policy

At Crazily Fashion we love our customers and always wants you to be pleased with your
purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your items for a full refund minus shipping fees within 7 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility for Return
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original packaging/tags
attached. If returned items have been tried on and have visible markings or scents (make-up, deodorant, perfume etc..), they will not be accepted as a return, and the items will be sent back to you.

Ineligible for Return
Sale/clearance, intimates, swimwear, bodysuits, bodystockings, and accessories items are final sales, and not eligible for return.

Return Fees
You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you choose to process your refund at Crazily Fashion’s Brick and Mortar store, our staff would be pleased to assist you.

Instructions for Return
To process the return, please e-mail for a return authorization number. Returns will not be accepted by Crazily Fashion without a return authorization number. You will receive the return authorization e-mail within 24 hours.
Please print the e-mail, pack your items to be returned, and send your items back to us with the printed e-mail. You may send packages back using the most economical method of your choice.
Please note the tracking number on your package, for your records.

Refund Processing
Once Crazily Fashion receives your returned merchandise please allow 4 business days for return processing. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your return is processed.
We refund returns within 10 days of processing. It may take up to 10 days for your bank/credit card to credit your account.
Store credit will be applied immediately, and you will be e-mailed a confirmation and store credit reference number. Please keep a copy of this number for your records.

Refunds will be applied to the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
Returned items may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee if the buyer changes his/her mind, or the buyer refuses delivery.
